Spa Experience With the utmost respect for your comfort and relaxation as well as others', we ask that you please refrain from bringing children and pets to the Spa. Cell phones or other electronic devices also are not permitted in order to keep the Spa area quiet and to protect your privacy.
Appointments To ensure availability, we suggest making appointments in advance; however, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
Arrival We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows you time to familiarize yourself with the facility, fill out an intake form, and unwind before your treament. Please be aware that late arrivals will determine the length of your treatment. Your service will end as scheduled, so that the next guest may begin on time.
Cancellation If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request 24 hour notice. Failure to show for an appointment, or if proper notice is not provided to change or cancel, may result in a cancellation fee.
