Our Resident Experts

We take great pride in our staff here at The Spa at Pacific Wellness.  Read on for a bit of personal information on each of our experts.

Tess Corley, Spa Manager.  Prior to opening The Spa in 2006, Tess was employed by the Department of the Navy, retiring in June 2006.  She brings an extensive knowledge of management and budget practices, as well as graphics and customer service experience.  The Spa offers clients massage and facial treatments, as well as scrubs and wraps, catering to both men and women, and offering the latest in skin care products and therapies.  Tess and The Spa staff are very involved in their community and donate to numerous charitable organizations.

Jane McBride, Receptionist.  A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a degree in Marketing, Jane brings a fresh perspective and strong communication skills to her position.  Her background in Business and Marketing is very beneficial to not only The Spa but also the entire Pacific Wellness organization.   

Elizabeth Barichio, LMP.  Elizabeth graduated from Ashmead College in 2005, earning certificates in both the Massage Therapy Professional Licensing Program and the Spa Specialist/Aromatherapy Program.  She enjoys working with her clients to make their experience the most enjoyable possible.  Elizabeth is skilled in Hot Stone, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Maternity, Reflexology, and Deep Tissue Massage, as well as body scrubs and wraps.  She also offers injury treatment and insurance massage.

Melanie Galvan, LMP.  Professionally trained at Ashmead College, Melanie specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue, as well as Sports and Maternity Massage.  She understands the importance of natural healing and promotes a sense of well-being and total relaxation.  Melanie also offers body scrubs and wraps, as well as injury treatment.

Erin Laycock, Esthetician.  With 6 years experience, Erin has built a loyal clilentele who love the care and attention she lavishes on them.  She offers her clients a wide variety of services including  customized facials, PCA chemical peels, and full body waxing for both men and women.  Erin graduated from the Euro Institute in Seattle in 2003 and was the owner of her own business before joining our staff.

Jamilyn Janas, Medical Esthetician.  Jamilyn graduated with honors from Clover Park Technical College receiving an AAT degree in Esthetics Sciences.  Not only does Jamilyn provide a world-class customized facial, but she is also highly trained and proficient in esthetics procedures such as chemical peels and high frequency, as well as tinting, waxing, and body wraps.
